Lake Day!

In my last post I talked about how AnnaLeigh, Lindsey and I went to the lake after classes on Friday. Well, we took pictures on Lindsey's camera and I finally got them!! (:

It was absolutely gorgeous on Friday! Lake DeGray was pretty low but it was still very very pretty to look at! (:

Three Pea's in a Pod

This weekend has been so much fun and it's only Saturday! (:

Yesterday afternoon, my friend Lindsay drove down from Benton and met AnnaLeigh and I out at the lake after classes and we laid out and just had some fun girl time! hehe (: We made some pizza last night and then we headed over to Brock's and we just watched movies with some people! On our way to Brock's, as I was walking down my stairs, I realized that I locked my keys in my apartment! :/ So, Lindsay decided to try our luck and climb up to my balcony and maybe my door would be unlocked...

Well, it wasn't unlocked unfortunately...but it was quite the adventure! hehe

This morning, we all woke up, went to Sonic for breakfast, and then we went to the lake and laid out! :) :) :) after about an hour and a half, we went back in to town and went to the OBU vs. HSU baseball game! (: We decided that we don't take enough pictures, so today we took a TON!!!!!

Fun Times!

Last night, we all went out to a bonfire! My friend Coleman and I were matching perfectly and didn't even plan it! (:Today was a little bit more relaxing! We went to the softball games! My roommate for next semester, Sara, hit a homerun today!!!!! (: After the games, AnnaLeigh, Karley and I went to Wal-Mart and got a little shopping done. Then, we went back to my apartment and made dinner for Sam, Kyle, Beau and Landon. We had so much fun!!! We made tacos, homemade cheesedip and homemade red velvet cupcakes! Sam and I were sharing a giant bowl chair and had to balance the plate and cupcake on our legs. I think we did a fairly well job with it all! Don't you think?
There is this app on the iPhone that is called "Fat Booth." We couldn't help but try it out and this is what my picture turned out as:
And Sam, being the fatty that he is, had to take a bite of his cupcake RIGHT before the picture was taken...
Today was so much fun and cooking was so very therapeutic for AnnaLeigh and I...it has been a long week! Anywho, I need to do my homework now! (:

Baseball Season

Baseball season has started up and it has been so much fun! (:

This past Friday, my really good friend Karley came down to visit. Karley is from Chicago, and I met her when I was studying abroad in Salzburg. I have been looking forward to her being here for about a month now and I have absolutely loved every single second of it! At the moment, she is actually asleep in my bed while I do homework...AKA update my blog! hehe anywho, Friday and Saturday were the baseball games this week and they played Quincy University. This is a picture of a couple of us girls at the game yesterday. This is Cara, Kelsey, Me, Megan, AnnaLeigh and Karley.
The games yesterday were SO ABSOLUTELY FREEZING!!! So, Lauren had me zip her jacket up backwards and help her keep warm...so I did (: I think that the best part about this picture is, is that she's actually smiling for this! haha
On Friday, Lauren and I just couldn't keep from showing everyone how much we loved each other and how happy we were that they won both of their games (:
After the games on Saturday, we all had Fat Boys BBQ, which was absolutely amazing! Here is Nick, Kolby, Brock and Nicholas...acting as they usually do...

My Birthday

For my birthday, my friends AnnaLeigh and Landon went to a concert with me in Little Rock. It was so much fun! For only $20, we got to see Gary Allan, Easton Corbin AND Ashton Shepherd and it was amazing! The concert only lasted about an hour to an hour and a half but it was a blast!! (:

As most everyone already knows, I am seriously obsessed with James Dean. So, for my birthday, my friend Kolby drew me a picture of James Dean. Is it not ridiculously great??? (:

My birthday this year was so much fun!! I am so glad that I got to spend it with my best friends and family! They really helped it be so amazing! (:

SNOW DAY!!!!!!

Yesterday morning when I woke up to go to class, I looked out of my bedroom window and saw the best thing in the whole entire world....SSSSNNNNOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!!! (:

Of course, OBU didn't cancel classes like all of the other schools but I was 100% okay with that because I love the snow! I could have sat outside in a law chair in it. It made me so happy.

Anywho, before Audiology and Diagnostics, the speechies (AKA the tackiest group on campus), all went outside and played in the snow.

Also, all of the speechies (juniors and seniors anyway) went outside and took a picture beside the Moses Provine sign! Aren't we just the cutest????? (:

Too bad Nancy and Carol weren't in the picture with us though....

Mackenzie's Christening

Last weekend, the family (except for Emilee and Matt who were unable to make it) went to Fayetteville for Mackenzie's Christening (I'm not Methodist and have no idea if that's how it is spelled or even if that's the correct term to use). Anywho, she did absolutely amazing and was the most precious thing that I have ever seen...as usual! :)This is the family (minus 2 very important people) at the Fayetteville Country Club. :)

It was such a great weekend and I always love getting to go visit them!!! :)
